Local Tax Incentives

Pickaway County offers a variety of local tax incentives for businesses looking to relocate or expand, including Enterprise Zones, Community Reinvestment Areas, and Tax Increment Financing. The City of Circleville has also established an Economic Growth Initiative consisting of two tax incentive programs.

State Incentives

As part of the Columbus MSA, Pickaway Progress Partnership has developed strong relationships with various Ohio agencies to help businesses access state incentives for relocating or expanding operations in Pickaway County.
