Rickenbacker Area

Since Norfolk Southern opened the Rickenbacker Intermodal facility in Harrison Township and the “East-West Connector” road and infrastructure improvements were completed, the area has seen a major increase in development:

• Rickenbacker Inland Port — serviced by two of the largest rail providers in the U.S., Norfolk Southern and CSX. Most rail freight traveling to Columbus is international, reaching the Ohio Valley via East and West Coast ocean ports.
• Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park — a master-planned 1,777-acre logistics park capable of handling 30 million square feet of development.

Circleville Area

Although known for The Circleville Pumpkin Show, the area offers much more than “The Greatest Free Show On Earth”:

• Progress Park — the former Thomson Consumer Products site is being redeveloped into a 227-acre industrial/commercial park with state, local and private funding, suited for mixed-use, industrial, retail, and residential development.
• Home to the Southern Gateway Economic Innovation Development Center, Ohio Christian University, and OhioHealth Berger Hospital.

Ashville Area
