Pickaway Progress Partnership (P3) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit economic development organization serving Pickaway County, Ohio. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to pickawayprogress.com only, not to other websites we link to.
Information we collect
You can browse this site without giving us any personal information. We do not have user accounts, and we do not run any form that submits data to us.
- Server logs. Our web host records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of each request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
- Email you send us. Contact links on this site open a message in your own email program. When you write to us, we receive whatever you include in that message and keep it as long as needed to respond and to meet public records obligations.
Public records
P3 and the Pickaway County Port Authority are subject to Ohio public records law. Correspondence you send us, including email, may be a public record subject to disclosure.
Embedded third-party services
Some pages include content served by other companies. When that content loads, those companies receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, governed by their privacy policies rather than ours.

The Google Maps embed on our Contact page and the YouTube embed on our News page set cookies from their own domains when those pages load. Google Fonts sets no cookies.

What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade information about visitors. We do not run advertising on this site, and we do not use analytics or tracking software.

We link to government agencies, partner organizations, and news coverage. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Children
