Investing over $1 billion in a over 5 million sq ft campus style facility, a self defense manufacturing facility, creating over 4000 jobs, specializing in AI-driven autonomous systems for the Department of Defense
BJ’s Warehouse
A 511,378 sq ft facility food distribution center creating 250 new full time jobs with over $48 million investment
McKesson
Pharmaceutical distribution center creating over 400 full-time jobs with an investment exceeding over $46 million
Valvoline
New oil change facility on South Court St. in the City of Circleville
Bojangles
New fast food restaurant on South Court St in the City of Circleville
Alto Real Estate
Planned unit development with over 400 single and multi-family housing units with a $40 million investment
HealthCare Logistics
Relocating distribution center to Circleville adding 57 new jobs and revitalizing an existing 89,000 sq ft facility
CT Realty
Expansion of a new 773,114 square foot building.
Amazon
234 acres purchased along SR 104 for a potential Data Center.
Cardinal Health
Expansion of a second medical distribution center in Pickaway County. 350,000 square foot facility creating 110 new full-time jobs.
Frito Lay
Built a new 15,860 square foot distribution center with 20 new full-time jobs.
CSX
Announced the Rickenbacker South Industrial Rail Park as a Platinum Select Site.
Sofidel
Phase II Expansion — $185 million capital investment adding 100 new full-time jobs.
CT Realty
A Texas based company developed nearly 400 acres investing $250 million in capital, creating 5.5 million square feet of warehouses, and adding over 1,000 new full-time jobs.
Community Development & Infrastructure
All Ohio Future Funds
Pickaway County was awarded $86 million from the State of Ohio AOFF grant to put in place infrastructure improvements in the ground in Northern Pickaway. $70 million for Anduril and $16 million for Park 762.
VanTrust Real Estate
VanTrust is putting $34 million of planned infrastructure in the ground in Northern Pickaway County for future development.
Northern Pickaway County Transportation Plan
Addresses growing traffic from development near Rickenbacker Airport and along the US-23 corridor, evaluating current conditions and future needs. It identifies and prioritizes infrastructure improvements to support safe and efficient growth in the area.
Brownfield / Demolition Grants
Pickaway County was awarded over $2.9 million in 2024 for Brownfield and Demolition grants.
State Capital Budget
Pickaway County was awarded $2.95 million from the State Capital budget for four local projects. $1.5 million to South Bloomfield for the widening of US 23, $750,000 to enhance Barthelmas Park in Circleville, $500,000 to support the new science program at Ohio Christian University, and $200,000 to replace the windows in Memorial Hall.
Multi-Use Path
The City of Circleville was awarded TAP funding of $905,000 for a shared use path along E. Ohio St. to connect downtown to Barthelmas Park. Funded for 2027.
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Pickaway County received $1.75 million to assist in critical infrastructure updates and neighborhood revitalization in Circleville, Ashville, and Williamsport.
Smart Growth Fund
This fund has awarded $244,449.24 in matching grants to 9 local projects in Pickaway County.
US 23 / SR 762 Infrastructure
Received an $8 million grant for the interchange engineering plus an additional $5 million appropriation for planning.
Intermodal Bridge
Secured $5 million appropriation for planning and design for a bridge connection from the Pickaway County industrial area to Rickenbacker Parkway.
22/23 Gateway
Multiple years of engaging, planning, and reminding, ultimately secured funding to improve pavement and appearances of this entrance to Circleville, construction completed in 2024.

P3’s Agriculture Committee focuses on supporting agricultural development and innovation within the region to promote sustainable growth and investment in the county’s agricultural sector.
Workforce Committee
P3’s Workforce Committee connects schools, businesses, and partners to build a skilled local workforce. It focuses on aligning training with employer needs in Pickaway County.
Pickaway County Strategic Growth and Community Development Plan
A comprehensive study of Pickaway County’s, Townships, Villages, and Municipalities to create a smart forward thinking plan that meets the needs of our growing population and evolving economy.
Cooperative Economic Development Agreement (CEDA)
Working to update their 2013 Strategic Land Use Plan for Ashville, South Bloomfield, Harrison Township, and Pickaway County.
