P3 director visits Noon Rotary

CIRCLEVILLE - Pickaway Progress Partnership (P3) Economic Development Director Ryan Scribner was the guest speaker at the Oct. 6 meeting of the Circleville Noon Rotary Club. Scribner talked about P3’s mission and said there is a lot of new development going on south of Rickenbacker, in Pickaway County. He also talked about Sofidel being developed south of Circleville on U.S. Route 23. Student guests of Noon Rotary were Amanda Stevens and Stanley Huarg of Circleville High School.

CIRCLEVILLE -  Construction on the Roundtown Trail is set to begin at the end of the month. Officials announced Friday that a groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for August 30 at 9:30 a.m. at the Pickaway County Family YMCA on Nicholas Drive.

CIRCLEVILLE - Local resident Barry Adams, who has more than three decades of experience working for nonprofit organizations, has been named the first executive director of the Pickaway County Community Foundation (PCCF). The announcement was made this week by Foundation Chair Dan Litzinger and fulfills a long standing goal of the organization that was founded in 2001.
