Pickaway County offers a well-developed utility infrastructure, with capacities to handle just about any industrial & business application.

Electric suppliers serving the county include South Central Power Company and American Electric Power.

Columbia Natural Gas is the primary natural gas provider to the County, although the natural gas industry was de-regulated several years ago in Ohio and other gas providers are available.

Telecommunication services are provided by Frontier, AT&T and all other major national providers.

Water and sewer infrastructure is well established in the County, with the City of Circleville, Earnhart Hill Water & Sewer District, the Village of Ashville and the Village of South Bloomfield having the capacity to meet the demands of a wide range of industrial & business operations.
